Cancellation policy
At Camptoo the owners can choose from 3 different standard cancellation policy options. As a renter you will always see the cancellation policy applicable to the advertisement. It's fully transparent and both parties know what to excpect if a cancellation occurs. If you wish to cancel your booking unexpectedly you can do so by sending a cacellation request to support@camptoo.com. The following applies to each cancellation policy options:
- Any pick up, drop off or cleaning fees will be refunded;
- The Camptoo booking fee and service fee (included in the total rental price) will NOT be refunded;
- The booking is only cancelled after you received a written confirmation and cancellation note by Camptoo;
- Camptoo is happy to help and mediates if both owner and renter ask Camptoo to do so;
- Different policies apply if the motorhome or caravan do not meet the features and characteristics set out in the advertisement. In this case please check the rental conditions.
The booking fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. The cancellation fees are based on a percentage of the total rental price. The following table gives an overview of the cancellation fees:
