Very easy, and the follow-up is good too. One thing that irks is that the deposit (£1000) is taken from my account and then the balance repaid. Why cannot Camptoo simply hold the deposit without actually taking it (ie as is the case when one hires a car from Herz etc - they simply swipe the card and only put the payment through if there are problems).

Camptoo is the best site I discovered since Airbnb. Renting a camper is waaay better than just staying in an apartment. Two things: - please make a full English website, because there are some parts what can be found only in Dutch. - please highlight somehow that a deposit has to be paid, because it caused a bit of trouble for us _after_ paying the rental price. Otherwise it's perfect, can't wait to use the site again!
