What if my vehicle breaks down on hire?
If you have your own annual insurance policy and breakdown is included, then the renters will need the emergency assistance number provided by your insurance company. Your insurance company will help them out.If you do not have breakdown cover, it is pretty much up to the renter.
If you use the insurance from DayInsure, the renter has the emergency information when they purchase the insurance. They will contact the insurance directly.
