What happens if my vehicle is damaged?

When the renter returns your vehicle, you must fill out and sign the transfer form that you used when they picked up the vehicle. Make sure to document anything that is damaged, both in writing and with pictures. Claim your surcharges and upload the transfer form onto our website within 48 hours, so we can process them and hold back the deposit.
