How and when do I get paid?
You will get paid by a bank transfer the day after the renter picks up your vehicle, unless it is a Friday or a holiday, in which case you will be paid on the following business day.Unable to figure it out? Ask your question directly to our customer happiness team!
You can reach us on business days from 09:00 until 17:30. From May until September, you can reach us on Saturdays as well
