Description

This is our 5 berth family motorhome. It is in immaculate condition throughout, having covered only 5k miles at the start of this season. Although the van will sleep six people it only has 5, 3 point seat belts so is advertised as a 5 berth. We have very high standards of upkeep and cleanliness both mechanically and within the interior and have the correct up to date LAV LPG gas safety certificate present. Although under 7 metres in length the Motorhome has great space and living accommodation for families or groups of friends. Length 6.92m ( 22’8”) Width 2.31m (7’ 7”) Height 2.88m ( 9’5”) The maximum overall weight is 3500kg so this vehicle doesn’t need a c1 license like some of the bigger motorhomes do. The interior is light and airy with the modern contemporary feel you would expect in such a new vehicle. The windows all have luxury blinds and fly nets and there is a large fly screen that covers the external door. The habitation area is spacious for its size and has a well thought out layout. There are fixed bunk beds at the rear of the vehicle. These are wide enough to comfortably sleep adults if required. The bottom bunk lifts up if not needed and can be shut off from the habitation side of the Motorhome. This then converts to a garage for extra storage which can be accessed from outside the vehicle. There is a fantastic wrap around living area in the van which is maximised by the front driving seats swiveling round to form arm chairs. This area converts to a double bed for sleeping and there is another fixed double bed that cleverly drops down from above to form double bunk beds. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a full oven, grill, 3 burner gas hob, microwave, full size family 3 way fridge, sink with removable drainer and chopping board, and hot and cold water. For your convenience the van also has all crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots pans, tea towels, toaster, kettle and other essentials included. There is a washroom which includes Thetford toilet with electric flush, vanity unit with wash basin and a fantastic shower. Most of the appliances are dual fuel and can be used on gas or electric. It has a fantastic heating system and gets the vehicle warm almost instantly. The Motorhome is an exceptional drive with car-like characteristics. It benefits from Power steering, cruise control, electric windows, electric mirrors, air conditioning and dab stereo.
