Description
Roxanne is our Bucket list dream come true. She is Spacious and has a bathroom to be treasured. Shower in a separate cubicle with basin unit, big wardrobe and cassette toilet with room enough to dress in private. She has a large fridge, microwave, oven and hob and TV. Swivel seats and two side long seats, allowing plenty space for our two dogs to roam through. The beds can be made up in 2 different ways. * 2 LONG SINGLE BEDS * 1 x large king size bed with two seats on either side allowing you to put up the table and have your tea breakfast . There is a roll-out awning, we provide table and chairs to enjoy sitting outside. We also have a kettle and an Nespresso coffee/cappuccino pod machine and vacuum to help keep her clean. We provide a Welcome pack with tea, coffee and sugar so you can have a cuppa on your arrival. We will also have a few herbs and spices and salt in the cupboard. We will provide a Cleaning Starter Pack to get you started and 1 roll of biodegradable toilet paper and small amount of bio friendly toilet chemicals. You can park your car in our parking outside our house which is quit safe. Roxanne is parked within easy access of junction 24 on the M5, where you have access to get to Bristol, Somerset, Bath, Gloucestershire, Glastonbury or Devon, Jurassic Coast ,Cornwall and Wales to name but a few, you are spoilt for choice with great destinations awaiting you to explore and enjoy. Our wish is for you to have a wonderful holiday in our Pride and Joy and make wonderful memories that last a lifetime. Please book hard pitches where possible.

If you want a getaway with Freedom, Relaxation, Adventure & a touch of has it all and more!!! When you collect her, you're welcome to park your car in her parking space in our driveway and drive off in Roxanne. She is within easy access to Junction 24 on M5. Where you can head off in any , Wales Glastonbury,Bath, Bristol, Gloucestershire, Exmoors, Devon, Jurastic Coast, Cornwall, and is so convenient. You spoilt for choice. Try booking hard pitches where possible. Sleeping have 2 options... * 1 x large, comfortable, spacious King Size bed. With 2 end seats on either side. OR * 2 x Long Single beds. Roxanne comes fully equipped with; * Bed linen, duvets, fitted sheets, pillow cases and mattress protectors and bed throws. *(If you want to bring your own linen please lets us know so we can remove existing to make extra space for you.)* * Cutlery, crockery, cups, perspex glasses, pots, pan, bowls, kettle. * Gas bottle (refill if emptied chargeable) * Nespresso coffee/cappuccino pod machine. Bring nespresso pods * Outside table and chairs * Vacuum cleaner * Removable carpets * Outside ground sheet. * Roll out awning. * Large fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and oven and TV. * Cleaning Starter Box with essentials to get you dish washing liquid. We give a start amount of toilet cleaner so bring or buy on sites, and 1 x biodegradable toilet roll. * Welcome Box: Tea, Coffee, sugar and a treat. *Deckchairs and tables outside mini gas cooker and bbq with cleaning equipment. (This can be discussed) Please Note: HOUSE RULES. *Windout awning to have storm strap on wind in when out and about and at night. Sky lights are to be close when driving off and closed when out you don't want a wet bed. Upon return we require; *Toilet cassette emptied and rinsed, *(cleaning charge if not £25 /£35) *Grey waste emptied Rubbish bagged and disposed of *Fuel tank full. Outside furniture clean and put away Fridge,freezer,oven,hob and shower,basin clean and tidy. Beds put away and linen /towels kitchen cleaning towets etc left in shower for laundering Dishes clean and put away. If motorhome is dirty please have it cleaned. All the above, if not done.. Breakages and Damages will be chargeable cleaning fee could be chargeable. Limit on amount of pets allowed please discuss with owner. Excessive dog hair and any damage caused will be charged for. Fee chargeable if motorhome is brought back without being cleaned. Fuel tank to be returned full, or you will be charged for the refill . Dogs to be on dog blankets, not directly on upholstery. *Roll out awning to be tied down with Strom strap and wound in at night or if you are away. Wales have the most camping sites per square meter of the UK just saying

Have had a wonderful time in Roxanne the camper van, it was so comfortable, plus all the added equipment that included such as games and outdoor furniture, and with addition of the awning making it possible to be able to seat outside in a shower, will definitely hiring again
Had a great time staying in the lovely Roxanne..... Very clean and well stocked
This was our first time holidaying in a Motor Home. We found Michelle & Wayne so helpful in explaining how there lovely , clean & well equipped Motor home worked. Highly recommend hiring Roxanne
