New refited 5 berth Autotrail lovely campervan, with shower &W.C

Dont know from where to start. The car wasn't that clean we found loads of hair and used bags inside the cupboards.The good thing is that Malcolm is a nice guy, his caravan needs a lots of work and money to be spend. The awning was damaged, the car was given to us without any water we had to fill it up in the 4th petrol station we saw it because the other 3 we weren't aloud, time wasted because the water stank petrol we had to empty and fill up again on the camper site but eventhou it carry on smelling petrol, 4 days in a caravan and we couldn't use the taps forget the shower. Ahh adding the fact the water tank had no cover and we weren't given a hose to fill it up so we had to use empty bottles to put some water on the tank. We were not given also any induction regarding were the dirty water goes and in the end it went to the floor under the caravan because there is no tap or way to stop the water coming from the tank. The gas storage had no lock, we had to stop after few miles to secure it with a shoe lace and after being told by many drivers that something was wrong.
I stoped calling Malcolm because he would blame the lady Who rented the car just before us who should be Mimi. I couldn't get the radio working i believe it doesn't work also.
It needs work and clearly Malcolm needs more experience
Apart from all this the car is nice and cheap to drive, the cooker and tv spotless and very comfortable to sleep and plenty of space

My 3 kids and I took Malcolm’s fabulous camper for 4 nights wild camping and absolutely fell in love with it. Very comfortable, homely and feels spacious given that I have 3 teenagers in tow. All Super clean, well equipped inside and easy to drive. Malcolm is incredibly helpful, responds to emails very promptly and is great to deal with. Highly recommend this superb hire.
