Pauls camper was perfect. Everything you can think of is covered, and everything you might need is available. Clean, spacious and everything worked. Paul was very flexible regarding pick up and drop off timings. all very easy and Camptoo kept me abreast of what we needed to do every step of the way.

It was good till we had a blow out on the way home. We had a blow out on the M3 which was very scary and luckily did hit anyone else. I tried to change the tyre but the bottle jack was broken. I then contacted the owner who said to try and wedge wood under the wheel and move the jack and keep trying to get it up which I refused. I then called my own recovery company to change the tyre which too 2 hrs waiting under a bush with our young children. When we had the spare tyre fitted he told us the check the wheel nuts after a short journey. So we stopped at the next services and I was doing that and noticed that the tyre was split and perished. So I again contacted the owner for him to say just drive it home 165 miles which I refused to. He then said to source a new tyre which I did. When getting the tyre replaced they looked at the other 3 tyres and the we 19 years old and should have been replaced 14 years ago. When fitting the new tyre he noticed that the break discs were very rusty and pitted. He asked the MOT place next door to have a look and he said it should never have passed an MOT.
I had no choice but to drive it back to the owner 165 miles back( what a scary journey back hoping one of the other tyres didn't blow out) when I dropped it off the owner was not to bothered or worried what happened. He just said he would take the dangerous spare to work and get it sorted. We just wanted to get home after the 12hrs on the road which was only a 6 HR trip. I then contacted camptoo and said I wanted a refund and they said its up to the owner which was refused. So now in the process of taking them both to court for negligence and get a refund/compensation. We were so lucky it didn't happen going up/down some of the massive hills in Bristol and bath otherwise we might not be here to say this. Camptoo said they take no responsibility about it. See you in court.
